Standard functionality includes group and single visitor pre-registration, signature capture and automatic capture of information to populate data fields from business cards. Passagepoint Professional uses the same intuitive interface and has many additional features over the Express edition. These would include photographs of people on watch lists, allowing staff to know the status of evacuations through the site and immediate notification of emergencies. Passagepoint Professional also automates the registration of contract and temporary staff to include automatic NDA and Safety Regulation Signature Capture. Passagepoint Enterprise has the same feature set as Passagepoint Professional but is designed for multiple buildings and multiple entrances with a centralised Oracle or SQL Server. The system is also designed for a redundant hot-standby server  to ensure 100% uptime. Web Pre-Registration is a fantastic module that can be used with any version of the Passagepoint suite to streamline and automate visitor management across any enterprise. Web Pre-Registration allows any staff member to pre-announce a single or group of visitors. Each visitor will then be automatically sent a customisable email detailing the time of visit, directions to the site or any other information deemed relavant. Pre-announced visitors can also have badges printed in advance to speed registration. When the visitor arrives at reception, the system will automatically email the staff sponsor of their arrival.
