Automatic Gate Systems – Sliding Gate Operators |
Sliding gate automation comes in either 230 volt or 380 volt versions. The correct system to select depends on physical geometry, weight and construction of the gate. All CAME sliding gate systems comply with the EC Machinery Directives. Sliding gate systems all operate on rack and pinion systems. Standard, telescopic and cantilevered gates can all be automated with the correct systems. Sliding gate systems are all suited to intensive use
and would typically be more robust than swing operators, as the gate takes
any damaging force, rather than the operator. Typical examples of intensive use sites are apartment blocks and
logistics companies. The BK2200 sliding gate operator is designed to automate gates weighing up to 2200kg. It is a 230 volt operator that runs at 10 metres per minute and is fully specified for industrial applications. Click here to download a brochure on the BK2200. The BY3500 sliding gate operator is designed to automate gates weighing up to 3500kg. It is a 380 volt operator that runs at 10 metres per minute and is fully specified for industrial applications. Click here to download a brochure on the BY3500. |
